Journey to Drymen to Rowardennan

Day 2: Drymen to Rowardennan
Hike along the beautiful eastern shore of Loch Lomond, with stunning views across the water. The ascent of Conic Hill offers one of the most iconic vistas of the entire route.
The views from Conic Hill are breathtaking and worth every bit of the climb. Loch Lomond is a real highlight.
Journey to Rowardennan to Inverarnan

Day 3: Rowardennan to Inverarnan
A challenging but rewarding section, navigating the rugged and remote paths along the loch. This is true, wild Scottish scenery.
A tough day, but the feeling of being in the remote wilderness is unbeatable. The path is rough but the views are your reward.
Journey to Inverarnan to Tyndrum

Day 4: Inverarnan to Tyndrum
Follow the River Falloch through Glen Falloch, surrounded by majestic mountains. A calmer day after the challenges of the lochside, leading to the walkers' hub of Tyndrum.
A beautiful walk through the glen with some lovely waterfalls. Tyndrum is a welcome sight with its cafes and shops!
Journey to Tyndrum to Inveroran

Day 5: Tyndrum to Inveroran
The path takes you through a historic landscape of ancient battles and old military roads, with incredible mountain views opening up ahead.
This section feels so historic. Walking on the old military road makes you think of all the people who have passed this way before.
Journey to Inveroran to Kinlochleven

Day 6: Inveroran to Kinlochleven
Cross the vast, beautiful expanse of Rannoch Moor, then conquer the infamous Devil's Staircase for panoramic views before descending into Kinlochleven.
Rannoch Moor is stunningly desolate, and the view from the top of the Devil's Staircase is the best of the whole trip. A truly epic day.
Journey to Kinlochleven to Fort William

Day 7: Kinlochleven to Fort William
The final leg of your journey! Walk through a high valley and then descend through forestry, with the UK's highest mountain, Ben Nevis, coming into view as you approach your destination.
That final push into Fort William is so emotional. Seeing Ben Nevis feels like a fitting end to an incredible adventure.
